• Solicit money from other users

5. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you post on AFAM. Content must not:

• Contain nudity or sexually explicit material
• Promote violence or hate speech
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain personal information of others without consent
• Promote illegal activities or substances

6. Safety

While we strive to verify users and maintain a safe platform, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of users. We recommend:

• Meeting in public places for first dates
• Telling someone you trust about your plans
• Never sharing financial information with matches
• Reporting suspicious behavior to our team

7. Premium Services

AFAM offers premium subscription services. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Prices may change with notice

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer

AFAM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the service will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AFAM after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
